MindGym equips companies to build the culture, commitment and skills that deliver business results. Using the latest and greatest behavioural science, we sort facts from fads to develop solutions that work. Consistently, globally, and quickly. We were founded in a kitchen in London in 2001 with the mission: To help people use their minds more effectively to get more out of life and give more to others. Our six principles explain how we think and develop solutions for clients: • Five minutes with a genius beats a month with a fool • People change only when they believe it is in their own best interest • Science wins - in research we trust • We choose how we think • One size fits no one • Little but often - think gym not health farm Proven to work The results we have achieved for clients include: • Taking customer service from industry worst to award winning (retail bank) • Increasing the conversion rate of new prospects-to-paying clients by 29% (retail services) • Improving ethical standards vs control by 10% (investment bank) • Significantly enhancing global leadership capability vs control (tech) • Achieving 16% higher scores for inclusion measures vs industry norms (manufacturing) • Reducing absenteeism and attrition and increasing manager rating vs control (logistics) • Reversing decline in trust in senior leadership vs control (insurance) We work with 62% of the FTSE 100 and 55% of the S&P 100 and over five million alumni recommend the MindGym experience. How it works At MindGym, we deliver behaviour change through a combination of Live, Digital, Diagnostic and Advisory products delivered with tools that slip seamlessly into hands and minds. Our library offers over 300 proven assets ready to use immediately and an in-house team of psychologists and graphic designers who can develop custom solutions. We are also building a platform that will bring all this together, using data and machine learning, so that each employee can have a fully customised experience and our clients can use evidence to redirect their investment and get a greater return. Why we’re different We use science to reveal how to get the results you want. It may be quite different from what you’re doing today. Back in 2013, we revealed that unconscious bias training was ineffective and could be doing more harm than good. More recently, our analysis shows why, despite a near doubling of investment in leadership development, trust in senior leaders has fallen by a third. Our latest research paper uncovers that most of the $50bn invested by companies in wellbeing has no effect on employees’ mental or physical health.
