Doug Castillo has devoted over a decade researching the human operating system; why people do (or don't do) anything. He recently joined Salt Lake County to support the Mayor's initiative to make the organization a place where diversity is celebrated and everyone feels welcome. He is proud to align with the vision for the county and continue the momentum on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (I.D.E.A.) as an ally, an advocate, an educator and, most of all, a learner.
