Giselle Kovary is the practice lead in Optimus SBR’s Learning & Enablement Group with more than 25 years of experience as a sought-after resource to industry leaders across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. She is dedicated to building strategies and programs that help clients target, motivate, and engage employees to increase performance and productivity. Giselle has also co-authored two books: Loyalty Unplugged: How to Get, Keep & Grow All Four Generations and Upgrade Now: 9 Advanced Leadership Skills. Giselle also completed Canada’s first national survey on Gen Zs.
