Sandy Stansfield (she/her/hers)

Director, Member and Industry Research
International Coaching Federation

Sandy is the Director of Member and Industry Research at the International Coaching Federation. She is responsible for all member and industry research efforts and works closely with partners including PwC and the Human Capital Institute in conducting more than 15 industry studies. Sandy has more than 30 years of research and association management experience. She is a graduate of the Colby-Sawyer College in New London, New Hampshire where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree.
