She’s a visionary leader with experience in the luxury beauty and fashion industries, currently Global Director of Learning and Development at Burberry. Kristin also chairs Burberry’s Women Empowered employee resource group and is an active volunteer. She stays up-to-date with industry trends, in recent years earning a professional certificate from NYU and becoming an accredited practitioner of Insights Discovery, Fierce Conversations, and EQ-I. Kristin is currently pursuing her CPTD, reflecting her commitment and passion for continuous learning.
