I am a Master Certified Coach and Director of Coaching for the Center for The Empowerment Dynamic. My new book, "Who Do You Want To Be on the Way to What You Want?" was published in March 2022. I have been a coach educator for over 10 years and each week co-author a Friday blog delivered to over 12,000 people, sharing tips on how to shift from drama to empowerment.. In 2017, I received Washington State International Coach Federation Coach of the Year for the advancement of coaching excellence.
