Robert Garcia is vice president of ICF Coaching in Organizations is responsible leading the business unit that enable global organizations to build coaching capabilities and develop a strong coaching culture. He has held senior positions at Randstad, SHRM, FIU, LHH, ADP, and UHC. Robert has an MBA from FIU, BSc in Management from NSU, HR Certifications from SHRM and HRCI and ACC credentials from ICF. He is fluent in English and Spanish is a frequent keynote speaker has presented in 6 continents.
