Meghann Ryan

Senior Manager, People and Organization Consulting

• Meghann Ryan is an educator and psychologist. She holds a PhD in Psychology as well as master’s degrees in Psychology and English. Since 2008, Meghann taught at universities and colleges in Business, Communication, English, and Psychology departments and continues to serve as a guest lecturer. She also worked in corporate education in the financial services, consulting, and technology sectors. As a Senior Manager, in People and Organization Consulting, at NTT DATA, Meghann is currently working on the LXP, TalentBASE, and creating sustainability curricula. Meghann is thrilled to be back at ATD presenting again! She is an active member of ATD and other professional and talent development organizations. When not working, Meghann enjoys traveling, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.
