1:1 Leadership Coaching

You’re in back-to-back meetings and your plate is full, but you also need to grow into your current role — or your next role. You’ll work with an expert coach who has a track record of helping senior leaders and managers address their development and performance goals.

We’re your trusted partner who will help you gain new insights, push you to go further, adopt new mindsets and behaviors, and make real noticeable changes. We’ll meet with you bi-weekly to help you stay on track to reach your development goals, gain peace of mind, boost your confidence, and grow into the leader we know you can become.

Group Coaching for Managers

Managers in your organization are feeling isolated and overwhelmed. And, they’re expected to do more now than ever, especially as organizations have become more complex and volatile. They need support!

Through group coaching, an expert coach will offer a structured program to help managers address their leadership development goals in a small group of peers. By meeting every 2-3 weeks, managers will take action on their learning, reflect on the new things they’re trying, and use the group to gain new perspectives, accountability, and support. Managers will feel more connected as a manager community, and more confident as leaders. The shared accountability will also reinforce a culture that believes in reflection, action, feedback, and development.
