David Vance

David Vance is the Executive Director of the Center for Talent Reporting which is a nonprofit dedicated to the creation and implementation of standards for human capital measurement, reporting and management. He is the founder and former President of Caterpillar University.
He is the author of The Business of Learning and co-author with Peggy Parskey of Measurement Demystified as well as the Field Guide to Measurement Demystified. He also teaches in the graduate program at three universities.
