Ronald Jacobs

Ron Jacobs is emeritus professor of human resource development, Univ of Illinois, and principal of SiTUATE, LLC, developer of a digital version of structured on-the-job training (S-OJT). In 1987, Ron introduced S-OJT to the literature and has conducted consulting projects nationally and internationally.
